You can also upload supporting documents, such as relevant correspondence or evidence, to strengthen your claim.
Unfortunately, some operators may falsely claim to be licensed by the MGA, displaying fake logos or counterfeit licenses to deceive players into thinking they are legitimate.

To verify whether a company is regulated and licensed by the MGA, the easiest method is to visit the licensee register. Simply enter the company name and/or website into the form, press the search button, and any relevant license information will be displayed.
Although all MGA-licensed online gaming operators must provide players with the option to self-exclude, there is no system that allows players to self-exclude from multiple operators at once. As a result, you will need to request self-exclusion from each casino individually.
